Sponsorship Terms & Agreement

​

By becoming a sponsor of The Nail Dynasty: For the Culture Edition, you are directly supporting the celebration of Black artistry, culture, and entrepreneurship while receiving valuable brand recognition. Your sponsorship helps empower Black creatives and elevate this Juneteenth-inspired event, aligning your brand with a powerful cultural movement.

🔴 Freedom Package ($100 - $300)

• Recognition on event flyer

• 1 social media post featuring your brand

• Sponsor logo displayed on the event website through 2025

• Recognition in event email blasts

⚫ Legacy Package ($301 - $500)

• Recognition on event flyer

• 2 social media posts featuring your brand

• Sponsor logo displayed on the event website through 2025

• Promotional material included in attendee bags (free product inclusion)

• Recognition in event email blasts

🟢 Heritage Package ($501 - $1000)

• Recognition on event flyer

• 3 social media posts featuring your brand

• Sponsor logo displayed on the event website through 2026

• Promotional material included in attendee bags (free product inclusion)

✨ Black Excellence Package ($1001+)

• Recognition on event flyer

• 3+ custom social media posts featuring your brand

• Sponsor logo displayed on the event website with extended & enhanced placement

• Promotional material included in attendee bags (free product inclusion)

1. Sponsorship Commitment & Payment

• Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable and must be paid in full by May 22, 2025 to secure your placement.

• Sponsorship benefits, including logo placement and promotions, will not be activated until full payment is received.

• Payments must be submitted via the provided payment options upon completing the sponsorship form.

2. Recognition & Promotional Benefits

• Sponsors will receive benefits according to their selected sponsorship tier (as outlined above).

• Logo Submission: Sponsors must provide a high-quality PNG or JPG logo via the form or email it to alittle@amazingknails.com by May 22, 2025 to be included in marketing materials.

• Social Media & Website Recognition: Sponsor logos will be featured on the official event website and promotional materials for the duration specified in their package.

• Event Flyer & Marketing Materials: Sponsors who submit logos by the deadline will be included in printed and digital materials as space allows.

3. Promotional Material for Attendee Bags (If Applicable)

• Sponsors at the Legacy, Heritage, and Black Excellence levels may include promotional materials (flyers, business cards, or small branded items) in attendee bags.

• Physical promotional items must be shipped or delivered by June 1, 2025 to be included. The delivery address will be provided upon request.

4. Sponsorship Expectations & Conduct

• This sponsorship supports a Black-centered event and all sponsors must align with our mission of uplifting Black culture, artistry, and entrepreneurship.

• The event organizers reserve the right to decline sponsorships from businesses that do not align with the spirit of the event.

• Sponsors are encouraged to promote the event on their platforms to help spread awareness.

5. Event Liability & Modifications

• Event organizers reserve the right to make necessary modifications to the event schedule, location, or promotional benefits due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Sponsors will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

6. Agreement Acknowledgment

By submitting the sponsorship form and completing payment, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.
